Rates, terms and disclosures

Rates and terms.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the yearly cost of a loan, including interest and certain lender fees, and helps you compare offers. OneForm Loans is not a lender, does not set rates and does not make credit decisions. Lenders in our network set every term. APRs offered by lenders in our network range from Set from lender terms to Set from lender terms, with repayment terms from Set from lender terms to Set from lender terms, depending on the lender, the loan, your state and your application. The lender shows your exact APR, payment schedule, total cost and term before you accept.

For illustration only. Assumes a fixed-rate installment loan with monthly payments and no fees. Not an offer of credit. Your lender sets your actual terms.

Fees.

OneForm Loans is free to use. We don't charge you and don't add interest or fees to any loan. Lenders set all interest, fees and other charges and list them in the loan agreement. Read it before you sign. You don't have to accept any offer, and you can decline before you sign.

Approval and funding.

Lenders review requests and make every approval decision. If a lender accepts your request, some lenders fund as soon as the next business day. Timing depends on the lender and your bank.

Late or missed payments.

If you accept a loan, you agree to repay it on the lender's schedule. Late, partial or missed payments can lead to extra fees, collection activity and reporting to credit bureaus, as described in the lender's agreement. We can't see lender fee schedules and can't estimate these charges.

Credit checks.

Lenders may verify your information and, where the law allows, get your credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion or other consumer reporting agencies. By submitting a request you authorize lenders in our network to do this. Late or missed payments may be reported and can lower your credit score.

Servicing and collections.

We don't service loans or collect payments. Your lender handles both. Contact them using the details in your loan documents.

How we're paid.

OneForm Loans is an advertising and referral service. We are not a lender, a broker or an agent of any lender. Lenders and partners may pay us when we refer you, and that can affect which offers you see and in what order. Some lenders may be tribal lenders, whose rates and fees can differ from state-licensed lenders and which may be governed by federal and tribal law instead of state law. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend.

Who can apply.

You must be at least 18, a US resident, have a regular source of income and a bank account. Loan amounts, rates and terms depend on your credit, the lender's rules and the laws where you live. Not all lenders work in all states.

Responsible use.

Loans through our network range from $200 to $5,000. Short-term and small-dollar loans are meant for short-term needs, not as a long-term financial solution.

Renewals and extensions.

If a lender offers a renewal or extension, the terms are in the lender's agreement. Read them carefully before you accept.
